Purposes and legal bases for processing: Handling your enquiry: We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interest in providing customer service). Providing your data is necessary in order for us to contact you in response to your enquiry. Marketing (if the checkbox is selected): We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Providing your data is voluntary.
2. Retention period: Data related to handling your enquiry will be processed for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and for the limitation period for any claims arising from the correspondence conducted. Marketing data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.

4. Recipients of data: Your data may be disclosed to entities providing IT, hosting, postal, or other services supporting the Controller’s activities on behalf of the Controller, solely on the basis of appropriate agreements and in accordance with applicable law.
