GDPR Information Clause
The controller of your personal data is B-R SOLUTIONS sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Al. Jerozolimskie 99 lok. 18, 02-001 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0001007501, NIP: 7011119731, REGON: 523905762.
- Purposes and legal bases for processing: Handling your enquiry: We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interest in providing customer service). Providing your data is necessary in order for us to contact you in response to your enquiry. Marketing (if the checkbox is selected): We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Providing your data is voluntary.
- Retention period: Data related to handling your enquiry will be processed for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and for the limitation period for any claims arising from the correspondence conducted. Marketing data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.
- Your rights: You have the right to: Right of access to your data (Article 15 GDPR) – the ability to obtain information about the data being processed and to receive a copy of it. Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR) – the ability to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”, Article 17 GDPR) – the ability to request the erasure of your data if it is no longer needed for the purpose of processing, if consent has been withdrawn, or if the data is being processed unlawfully. Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) – the ability to request the temporary suspension of data processing in specific cases. Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) – the ability to receive your data in a structured format and to transmit it to another controller (applies to processing based on consent or a contract). Right to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR) – the ability to object to data processing based on the controller’s legitimate interest, or to the use of your data for marketing purposes. Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR) – where data is processed on the basis of consent, the ability to withdraw it at any time. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR) – if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl.
- Recipients of data: Your data may be disclosed to entities providing IT, hosting, postal, or other services supporting the Controller’s activities on behalf of the Controller, solely on the basis of appropriate agreements and in accordance with applicable law.
