The Rental Deposit Surety is a modern alternative to a traditional deposit, utilized for years in many mature European markets.
Instead of paying the full deposit amount, the tenant utilizes the Bingo-Rent surety and pays a small subscription fee. If they are already renting an apartment, they can recover the funds frozen in the deposit by substituting it with the Bingo-Rent surety.

Benefits for the tenant:

  • no need to freeze funds for a deposit or the capability to recover them
  • increased financial liquidity and more funds for moving and furnishing the apartment
  • simpler access to rental offers where the deposit amount would pose a barrier

Benefits for the landlord:

  • greater security thanks to evaluating the candidate's credibility before signing the agreement
  • faster lease finalization by eliminating the deposit as one of the primary barriers for the tenant
  • transparent cooperation and settlement rules that mitigate the risk of misunderstandings between the landlord and the tenant

You can use Bingo-Rent in two situations:

  • Before signing a new lease agreement, the tenant and landlord agree on the lease terms, including the deposit amount. The process can be started by both the tenant and the landlord, who invites their tenant to use the Bingo-Rent Rental Deposit Surety. After a positive verification, the landlord receives a Rental Deposit Surety Certificate, and the final step is accepting the agreement terms online.
  • During an ongoing lease agreement, if the tenant and landlord want to replace a previously paid deposit with the Bingo-Rent Rental Deposit Surety, they can go through an analogous process. Thanks to this, the tenant recovers the funds frozen in the deposit from the landlord, and the landlord still uses the agreed form of security, receiving the Rental Deposit Surety Certificate.

Yes. The Rental Deposit Surety is valid for the entire duration of the lease agreement specified in the application, up to a maximum of 5 years.
After the lease ends, it remains valid for a period specified in the Terms and Conditions, giving both parties time for a peaceful and transparent conclusion and settlement of the lease.

After the lease ends, Bingo-Rent guides the tenant and the landlord through a transparent settlement process, helping both parties smoothly conclude the lease.
If the parties have no reservations against each other, the service is concluded. If issues requiring clarification arise, both parties have the opportunity to present their stance, and the subsequent process proceeds according to the rules defined in the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. The Rental Deposit Surety substitutes the traditional deposit in the amount agreed upon between the tenant and the landlord, up to a maximum amount of 10,000 PLN.
Because of this, the tenant does not have to pay a deposit when signing a new lease agreement or can recover funds previously paid to the landlord, swapping them with the Bingo-Rent Rental Deposit Surety.

No. Using Bingo-Rent is completely free for the landlord. All fees associated with the Rental Deposit Surety are covered by the tenant.
As a result, the landlord can make a more informed decision when selecting a tenant by utilizing the verification process, the Rental Deposit Surety Certificate, and a transparent settlement process, without incurring any additional costs.

We verify the tenant's identity, the consistency of their data, information available in NDR (National Debt Register), and the financial credibility assessment prepared by Kontomatik.

In practice, it may cover, among other things, dues resulting from the lease agreement, such as damage to the leased property, outstanding rent, or other agreed fees.

After determining the dues arising from the lease agreement, the settlement occurs in line with the terms of the granted Rental Deposit Surety and up to the amount covered by this surety.
